| Kazı yapılan alanın mümkün olan en kısa sürede doldurulması planlanır. Kazı alanına araç düşme tehlikesi söz konusu ise kazı etrafı beton bloklarla kapatılır. Her durumda kazı etrafı düşme koruması amacıyla standart korkuluk ile çevrilir. İkaz bandı güvenli alan sınırını belirlemek için kullanılır, düşme koruması için yeterli değildir.
