Milenyum ile birlikte OMA’nın uygulamaları dikkat çekici bir şekilde artmış hem de coğrafi bakımdan bir genişleme göstermiştir (Cunningham D. ve Goodbun J., 2008). Bu nedenle Rotterdam ofisine ilâve olarak New York ve Beijing ofisleri kurulmuştur. Bu dönemde Avrupa’da, Casa Da Musica (2005, Porto, Portekiz) ve Hollanda Konsolosluğu (2003, Berlin, Almanya), Amerika’da ise IIT Kampüs Merkezi (2003, Chicago, A.B.D.) ve Seattle Merkez Kütüphenesi (2004, Seattle, A.B.D.) gerçekleştirilen başlıca projelerindendir. Bu arada Koolhaas, Prada Moda Evi’ne ait mağaza zincirlerini yapım işini de almış, Los Angles, New York ve Tokyo gibi dünyanın önemli şehirlerindeki şubelerin tasarımını yapmıştır. Uzak Doğu’ya artan ilgi sonucu Hyperbuiliding Thailand, Hanoi New Town, Vietnam ve Song Do New Town ve New Seoul International City gibi çoğu uygulamaya geçmesede bu bölgede yer alan projeler tasarlanmıştır.
