| Altyapı Formeni çalışmaları ile ilgili tehlike ve riskleri yönetmek için kendisine verilen talimatlara eksiksiz uyar. Mesai başlangıcında çalışma alanı kontrolünü yapar. Doldurulan Kazı Güvenliği Kontrol Formu’na uymayan/uygun olmayan bir husus olup-olmadığının kontrolünü yapar. Çalışma alanında ilgili fiziki önlemlerin alınmasını sağlar. Kendisine bildirilen kazı çalışma planı dışında çalışma yapmaz. Saha içerisinde yetkisiz ekipman ve yetkisiz/eğitimsiz/isle ilgisi olmayan personel bulunmasına izin vermez. |
