| Bu projede, yazılım sektörü dâhilinde, işverenlerin freelance iş ilanı yayınlayabildiği, serbest çalışanların reklam yayınlayabildiği bir platform oluşturmak amaçlanmıştır. Freelance ilan siteleri, proje sahiplerinin tüm dünyadan serbest çalışan uzmanları bulabildiği bir platformdur. Günümüzde en çok kullanılan freelance ilan siteleri 2 milyondan fazla üye, 120 civarında meslek kategorisi bulundurmaktadır. Bu yoğunluk, milyonlarca serbest çalışanın bu tür sitelerden iş bulamamasına ve siteyi terk etmesine, işverenlerin ise bu yoğunluk içinde kaybolmalarına yol açmaktadır. Xperthunt uygulaması sayesinde bu yoğunluğu filtreleyip yalnızca yazılım sektörüne özel bir platformda yayınlanan işlerin ve reklamların kalitesi korunabilmektedir. Xperthunt uygulamasının hem sunucu modülünde hem de istemci modülünde Javascript programlama dili kullanılmıştır. Ön yüzde ReactJS kütüphanesi ve NextJS framework’ü, arka yüzde NodeJS ve ExpressJS framework’ü kullanılmıştır. Veri tabanı olarak MongoDB seçilmiştir. Uygulamanın sunucu modülünde Model-View-Controller tasarım deseni kullanılmıştır. Ana fonksiyonları arasında işveren olarak ilan yayınlama, serbest çalışan olarak reklam yayınlama bulunmaktadır. Hem sunucu hem istemci sistemleri, Webstorm 2020.3 yazılım geliştirme programı aracılığıyla geliştirilmiştir. |

| In this project, it is aimed to create a platform within the software sector where employers can publish freelance job ads and freelancers can publish ads. Freelance ad sites are a platform where project owners can find freelance professionals from all over the world. Currently, the most widely used freelance advertising sites have more than 2 million members, about 120 professional categories. This intensity leads to millions of freelancers being unable to find work from such sites and leaving the site, while employers are lost in this intensity. Thanks to the xperthunt application, this density can be filtered and the quality of jobs and ads published only on a platform specific to the software industry can be maintained. The Javascript programming language was used in both the server module and the client module of Xperthunt. The front percent used the ReactJS library and NextJS framework, and the back percent used the NodeJS and ExpressJS framework. MongoDB was selected as the database. The Model-View-Controller design pattern was used in the application’s server module. Its main functions include publishing ads as an employer, advertising as a freelancer. Both server and client systems were developed through the Webstorm 2020.3 software development program. |
