| Poliçe dahilinde belirtilen risklerden kaynaklı herhangi bir zararın ortaya çıkması halinde; zararın kesinleşmesini müteakip Türk Eximbank tarafından Tazminat Talep Formu Sigortalı’ya gönderilir. Eximbank tarafından Sigortalı’ya gönderilen Tazminat Talep Formu bildirimtarihinden itibaren 30 gün içinde doldurularak, ekli belgeleri ile birlikte Eximbank’a gönderilmesi gerekmektedir. |

| In case of any damage caused by the risks specified in the policy, the compensation claim form is sent by Turkish Eximbank to the insured after the completion of the damage. The compensation claim form sent by Eximbank to the insured must be completed within 30 days from the date of notification and sent to Eximbank with the attached documents. |
